Nutrition coaching — delivered online, available to clients regardless of location.
4. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of services on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding agreement is formed when a booking is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. The right to refuse or cancel a booking is reserved at sole discretion.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed via trusted third-party providers. No payment card details are stored by Ekaterina Choukel.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Massage sessions — cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Nutrition consultations — cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled. No refunds are issued once a session has taken place.
If a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our end, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
